If you need any more encouragement to Let It Flow, simply recall how good it felt in childhood to be swept up in a game or any other activity so that the time just flew. In those instances you were fully immersed in what you were doing. Like the swiftly moving river, you just Let It Flow.
In this 4-day Retreat we will approach every day with a different fluid medium.
Whether you want to call it fluid art, liquid art, acrylic pouring or alcohol ink there's nothing more satisfying than creating abstract masterpieces by letting pigment run freely.
The main focus is on the fluidity of different media like acrylic paint, alcohol ink or resin pigments. Furthermore we will explore and learn about composition, color theory, texture, shapes, contrast, layering, marks and transparency through different approaches and techniques especially designed to unleash your creativity.
More than anything my intention is to offer you a lot of information and different techniques, so you will be able to let the fluids playfully flow with joy and curiosity!

PAINTING TEACHINGS INCLUDE:

8 Fluid Painting techniques (10 canvases )

4 Alcohol Ink Painting techniques ( 20 Yupo paper sheets)

Alcohol Ink and Resin exploration - creating coasters, geodes and different motives using silicon moulds and resin pigment along with gold leaf and glitters.
PAINTING MATERIALS
All art materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring any art materials you would love to work with.

The creative sessions are held in my workspace which can be my atelier or outdoors. Each creative session is designed to make your learning experience authentic and of the highest possible quality.
